Wireless Xcessories Group has been in business for over 20 years and is a publicly traded company. Our stock exchange symbol is WIRX.PK. Over the years, as technology advanced, our product line grew. Today our products are sold to resellers in all 50 states, the Caribbean and Latin America and we currently have 14 distributors in Canada. Wirex has the largest variety of Wireless Accessories on the market with over 3000 SKUs.
We pride ourselves on being the first to market on all new phone SKUs. We aggressively stay on top of all new phone releases and upcoming models, getting the specs to our manufacturing facilities often before a handset is even released.

Steve Rade
Chief Executive Officer and President
Mr. Rade founded the Wireless Xcessories Group in 1988. Mr. Rade also founded Advanced Videotech
Corp in 1982, an importer of 2-way radios and Advanced Cellular Systems in 1984, a leading agent of
Comcast, the Philadelphia based airtime carrier.
Susan Rade
Vice President and Sales Account Manager
Mrs. Rade co-found Wireless Xcessories Group and has become the company's leading salesperson for
many years. For 10 years Susan was also president of Advanced Cellular of Philadelphia, a leading
agent of Comcast.
Dawn Kenderdine
Vice President of Purchasing/Business Development
Dawn Kenderdine has been an integral component of the WIRX team for over 10 years. She works closely
with product vendors overseas, including bi-yearly visits to the factories, to ensure the company is
on the cutting edge of wireless phone accessories. Mrs. Kenderdine oversees Purchasing, Quality
Control, Business Development and Product Development.
Ronald E. Badke
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Badke is a CPA with a BBA degree "cum laude" from Hofstra University. Mr. Badke has been with
Wireless Xcessories Group since it went public in 1996. Prior to his current position, he was CEO with
board operating responsibilities for Shoe-Town Inc., a national retailer of 200 plus stores, with a
distribution subsidiary for approximately 9 years.
Dan Kenderdine
Warehouse Manager
Dan Kenderdine has been with Wireless Xcessories Group since 2004. He has an Associates degree in
Accounting and served six years in the U.S. Navy aboard the submarine USS Kamehameha. Dan works very
closely with sales and customers to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
Chris Mayo
Credit Manager/Customer Services Manager
Christine Mayo has been with the Wireless Xcessories Group since 1992 and is responsible for overseeing
the Accounting department personnel. She brings years of credit and collection experience to the company
and also works closely with the sales and warehouse departments to assist in providing quality customer
service to our customers.

Our Warehouse
Our warehouse has three 20,000 sq ft sections (60,000 sq ft total): 2 for bulk storage and one for picking and packing. We also have areas for packaging application, and 5 docks for receiving and shipping. Our area sends out about 500 orders a day, and our last FedEx pickup is 7pm. We use radio frequency guns to maximize our shipping efficiency and provide a 99.9% order accuracy. Most orders are shipped the same day.
